HOW TO ORDER

You will receive a notification after we receive your order request.

3. Your order will be checked for availability. After all details are finalised, we will send you an order confirmation email containing the following info:

-Details of the transaction
-Delivery Charges (based on location)
-Total amount needed to be paid
-Payment details for your chosen payment method

4. Make the payment, then send us a message informing us of the payment or payment receipt. (Completion of this step is an absolute MUST before we can process your order.) We might ask for additional information for verification.

5. Your order will be processed after we've verified your payment. We will send a message notifying you that the payment has been verified, and you will be informed of the expected date of posting.

6. Your order will be posted and you will receive a final email/SMS containing your order details.

*Payment Method*

You can send your payments through Cash Deposit Machine,Account Transfer (ATM) or CIMB clicks into our CIMB account.

All personal orders must be paid prior to delivery. All corporate orders 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and balance upon delivery of order.

By Cheque : All cheque should be crossed and made payable to "HAZNAH BT HASHIM" or "THE TWINZ ENTERPRISE".

* Posting / Delivery*

Delivery Charges will depend on the location and weight of the product. Orders for readily available items are posted out within 3 days of payment. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery. You will be notified through SMS and/or email when your order is posted.

Note:

- We will not be liable for lost, misdelivered, non-delivered, or damaged shipments because of circumstances beyond our control.

- Delivery cannot be guaranteed by a specific time and/or date, and we shall not be liable for any damages due to delay.

*Product and Sizing*

Most items are imported from Asian Countries. Items are subject to availability.Details and description for each item can be found on the description part of each photo.

We will endeavour to ensure accuracy and closeness of design and packaging; however Nomi’s Colourful Boxes does not guarantee that the item delivered will be exactly the same as that featured in our catalog. All information contained in the catalog is subject to change without prior notice. Changes to Your Order*

Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Addition of items to your order can be made if you request is answered before your order is posted. Depending on supply and demand, we may or may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or posted, no changes can be made.

To avoid any inconvenience to our customers, we advise you to place your orders at least 7 days in advance(for personal order) and 4 weeks in advance(for bulk orders)

*Return Policy*

We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds.

*Reservations*

We only will reserve for you once you have complete the payment. Sending an order email does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date.
